When you use our website to view our services and, in general, all the content of our website that we have made available to you, we use several cookies, which are available to us and third parties, which allow us to operate the website and collect useful information about all visitors in order to provide them with a better user experience.

How we use your personal data – when you submit an inquiry through our website
To send an inquiry through our website, we ask you to provide us with:
• name of the organization;
• your name and surname;
• contact email address;
• contact phone;
• the domain of your inquiry;
• the text of your message.
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, including the provision of all requested information about our services. Also, after you forward your inquiry, we sometimes send you one or more emails, which are used to confirm receipt of your inquiry and / or to check with you whether we have answered your inquiry so that you are satisfied with our response (we do so on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing accurate information before providing the service).
Your request is stored and processed on our e-mail servers located in Finland within the EEA.
We do not use the information you provide to us to make automated decisions that could affect you.
We store the data on your inquiries for 2 years in the form of an email, after which we securely archive them and store them on the server for 7 years, after which they are safely destroyed (deleted).
Your rights as data subject
In accordance with the requirements of the GDPR, the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia and the policies of our organization, you realize numerous rights regarding personal data about you, among other things – and require us to provide you with information about what personal data we hold about you and to request us to correct / update it (if they are incorrect).
If we have asked you for your consent for process of your personal data, you can withdraw your consent if and when you wish.
In cases when, for reasons that are the subject of a given consent or contractual obligation we process personal data about you, you can request us to provide you with a copy of relevant information in a machine-readable format (which allows their transfer to any other processor if we are able to do so and you request it from us, we will send copies of the relevant information directly to it).
If and where you believe that we do not use your personal data in a manner that is lawful, including the issue of compliance with the requirements of the GDPR and the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia, it is your right to request a restriction on their processing for a specified period of time) and / or to delete personal data about you.
