ISO 37001:2016 – Anti-bribery management systems
ISO 37001:2016 is an international standard applied for the establishment and implementation of anti-bribery management systems, which is the subject of its certification, but, due to its comprehensiveness and required systematic approach, can be used as a basis for achieving broader, anti-corruption goals.
This standard defines the requirements and provides guidelines for an effective management system, designed to assist the organization in preventing, detecting and responding to bribes (in accordance with applicable domestic and international laws and regulations and voluntary policies and decisions of the organization).
